The Gallatin Police Department has charged three people in connection with the death of a 23-year Gallatin resident. In March, the department responded to a residence on Spencer Avenue where the victim had overdosed on heroin/fentanyl. Tatiana Johnson (19 years of age), Damion Anderson (23 years of age), and Leon Anderson (34 years of age) have all three been charged with second-degree murder after a grand jury returned an indictment. This followed an investigation that revealed the victim had overdosed on drugs obtained from these three defendants. All three suspects are in the Sumner County Jail with a $100,000 bond on Johnson and $150,000 bond on both Andersons.
