Gallatin Police were called to 614 North Water on July 5, 2017 for a shots fired call. Upon arrival officers located a female and her small child who had been held against their will by Douglas. Douglas fired off seven rounds during a struggle with the female. No one hurt during the altercation. Douglas fled the scene after the altercation. Douglas has two aggravated kidnapping warrants on file, two aggravated assault warrants and twelve reckless endangerment with a firearm warrants on file. Douglas does have as intensive past criminal history. Douglas is approximately 5’7” and weighs 260-300 lbs. He is known to be driving a maroon Cadillac El Dorado, two door with temporary tags.
