    Official city meetings are open to the public and members encouraged to participate in their government. City Council sessions are videotaped, air on Comcast Cable 19 and are streamed live and archived on gallatintn.gov and youtube. Official votes on issues are conducted. The public has the right to speak briefly on concerns during "Public Recognition on Agenda-Related Items" at the beginning of the meeting and then "Public Recognition on Non-Agenda Related Items" at the end of the meeting.
