All plans submitted for issuance of a building permit must be accurate, legible, include dimensions, be drawn to a standard scale, and meet minimum industry-wide acceptable architectural and engineering standards. The City reserves the right to require additional information for plan review analysis.

-Cover Page with Design Criteria -Dimensioned Site Plan -Footing & Foundation Details -Wall Sectionals -UL Listed Assemblies -UL Penetration Details -Floor Plans -Room Uses Labels -Electrical Layouts, Service, & Notes -Mechanical Layouts, Sizing Info to include Fire & Smoke Requirements -Plumbing Schematic -Life Safety Plans with Travel Distances -Sprinkler Plans -Engineered Roof and/or Floor Truss Layouts -Door & Window Schedules -Any Height or Area Increase Calculations
