Gallatin draws its remarkable workforce from a labor shed of more than 250,000 workers within a 30-minute drive. Having established itself as the employment hub of the northeast quadrant of the Nashville MSA, more than 17,000 people a day drive into Gallatin for work and about 9,700 drive out.
