The Office of the City Recorder is responsible for: - Keeping Minutes of City Council and Committee Meetings - Collect City Property Taxes - Process and Collect Traffic Citations - Issue Business Licenses - Maintain and Distribute Public Records - Issue Beer, Solicitor, Special Event, and Parade
