A high intensity fitness class with core resistance training combined with a challenging cardio. This class uses short bursts of high intensity workouts proven the best for increasing cardiovascular and muscle using weights and resistance bands. This is a 7-week class with only 16 slots available.
This class will guide you through low to high intensity cardio exercises, resistance training and stretching. By the end of the session you will have worked all major and minor muscles groups for a total body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and energetic.
