Paul Jack

Paul is a certified personal trainer with 30 years of experience. A former marine, Paul's discipline is contagious and his fitness boot camps are well known for intensity. He also specializes in working with athletes to bring their specific sport to the next level. Not an athlete? Not to worry, Paul enjoys training all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
