New Service Residential

Please fill out the applicable forms, bring the forms into the business office along with your connection fees, tap fees and proper forms of identification.

You will also need to bring a Building Permit that you can obtain from the City of Gallatin Codes Department located in City Hall.

New Service Small Commercial

Please fill out the applicable forms, bring the forms in to the business office along with your connection fees and proper forms of identification.

You will also need to bring a Building Permit that you can obtain from the City if Gallatin Codes Department located in City Hall.

New Service Commercial/Industrial

You will need to submit your plans to the Department for review and approval. Upon review and approval of your submitted plans a Fee Schedule will be generated. You will need to submit the Fee Schedule along with the same forms applicable for Small Commercial and your connection fees and tap fees, to the business office.
