* Towneplace/Fairfield Suites, A site plan for a four-story hotel on 2.63 +/- acres, located at 950 Village Green Crossing.
* KCS Companies, LLC (Royal Rover), A pet training and daycare facility, on 1.16 +/- acres, zoned MU-Mixed Use District, located at 1024 Freedom Church Road.
