Developments in Gallatin!

There is a lot of development occurring in Gallatin.  If you see a "Public Notice Zoning Action" sign, this means that the City is considering a zoning change and possibly a new development for the site.  Many have been approved and are now under construction.   Hopefully the information below will help keep you in the loop of all the exciting things coming to Gallatin.  Notable projects of interest include:

Pending Approvals

*These projects are currently on an agenda for either the Planning Commission/City Council/Board of Zoning Appeals. The information below is subject to change as the requests proceed through the review process.

* The Banks at Lock 4, a rezoning with a Preliminary Master Development Plan for a 760-unit residential development on 295 +/- acres, located east of Lock 4 Road and north of Peach Valley Road.

* The Crossing at Hidden Creek, a rezoning with a Preliminary Master Development Plan for a mixed-use development including 318 residential units on 84.05 +/- acres, located north of Highway 386 and east of Big Station Camp Boulevard.

* Renovation Church Rezoning, a rezoning of 1.65 +/- acres from A-Agricultural Residential to R-20 Low-Density Residential District, located between Woods Ferry Road and Highway 109.

* Patel East Main Rezone, a rezoning with a Preliminary Master Development Plan for a duplex on 0.305 +/- acres, located east of Main Street and west of N. Westland Avenue.

* The Revere at Hidden Creek (Commercial Lots), a rezoning with a Preliminary Master Development Plan for three commercial lots on 6.17 +/- acres, located east of Big Station Camp Boulevard and south of Springdale Lane.

* Chandler Marketplace, A mixed-use development zoned MU-Mixed Use and PGC-Planned General Commercial, on a total of 42.48 +/- acres, located north of Harris Lane, East of Greenlea Boulevard, and south of Vietnam Veterans.

* Fox Creek (formerly Station Camp Creek), a 140 single-family lot development on 57.5 +/- acres zoned R-8 PRD District, located north of Long Hollow Pike and east of Big Station Camp Boulevard.
